Feeder (chain feeding )
1.Double side baffle high paper feeding precision .
2.The chain feeder and the main machine form a line speed difference.After the cardboard is send, the rear baffle pulls away, it will not damage the box.
Print unit (two sets)
1.Plate roller outer diameter¢ 468mm (without printing plate).
2.Print phase microcomputer digital control.
3.Horizontal phase manual control, range ±5 mm.
4.Press printing rollers ,rubber rollers and anilox rollers adjust gap adopt self - locking structure.
5.Printing phase fixing device, pneumatic brake mechanism, when the unit is separated to adjust the phase or cleaning, the brake mechanism limits the gear rotation, maintaining the original gear fixed point position .
Steel anilox roller
1.Diameter176¢ : one is 200 mesh, the other is 220 mesh.
2.Pressure forming the consistent mesh point .
3.Air pressure automatic lifting device match up paper feeding system ( The anilox roller descends in contact with the printing plate during feed, and the anilox roller rises away from the printing plate when feeding stops).
4.The anilox roller is equipped with a one-way overrunning clutch. It is convenient and quick to evenly ink and wash ink.
Rubber roller
1.Outer diameter ¢ 156, The core tube is made of high-quality seamless steel ,and have been dynamic balance correction.
2.The surface is wrapped with wear-resistant rubber. The middle and high rubber rollers are parabolic. After special grinding, the transferring effect of ink is good.
3.Manually adjust the gap with the anilox roller.
Slotted unit
1.The axial movement of the upper knives plate is adjusted manually.
2.The height of the box is adjusted manually and synchronously.
3.Microcomputer digital control displacement of slotted phase.
Drive Gear
1.The transmission gear is made of 45# high quality gear steel, 40mm thick. After quenching and tempering, hardness HRC58-62. it has excellent toughness and wear resistance.
2.The drive adopts inner eccentricity and outer cross sliding head structure. When the pressure is adjusted, the change of gear clearance is 0, which can achieve long term printing registration.
3.The gear surface is lubricated by oil pump, and the life of gear is improved. Each group has a separate oil pump.
Machine performance:
1.The governor controls the operation of the host to make the speed control more convenient and faster.
2.Displacement memory reset function: the machine in the working process, such as need to open the machine for clearing or fine-turning the plate , after the machine closed it will restore the original position automatically.
3.All drive rollers are made of high-quality steel, hard-chrome plated and surface-ground.
4.45# high quality transmission gear after quenching thickness is 40mm, hardness is 58-62 degrees.
5. The alarm will ring continuously while machine separate or whole machine move to ensure the safety of the operator.
6.Before and after the emergency stop switch is arranged , each unit can be stopped inside to ensure the safety of the internal operating personnel.
7.The emergency stop switch is set in front of the machine and back of the machine to stop movement of each unit internally for ensure the safety of internal operators.
8.Oil automatic balancing device to keep all units oil at the same level.
9.The material of wall is HT250,thickness is 40mm through aging treatment.
