1. The casting of this machine is made by the most advance lost foam process. It has the certificate of National new type patent,number is 201220031285. 1.
2. The material of shafts and gear is 40 Cr ,casting is HT250 ,core part is 700-2 and bearing is ZCuZn40Pb2.
3. All gears are heat-treatment adopt modified gear pair.
4. 4 safety guarantee and sensitive brake.
5. Adopt NSK bearing , Schneider electric , China national inspection-free cooper-clad motor.
5. Apply to cardboard ,corrugated board and plastic.
6. Sliding bearing is made of high quality copper alloy, wear resistant and shake reducing.
7. Flywheel has large moment of force and pressure.
8. With the functions of single, continuous and delay operation, delay range is adjustable.
