The sharpening device designed by this machine is available in manual or pneumatic type. It can be selected by the user. The time and interval of grinding time are selected by the user. It is controlled manually to ensure the sharpness of the blade during work and to extend the service life of the grinding wheel and the blade as much as possible.

1.Using the thin blade technology to slice the paper, it overcomes the burrs and flattening phenomenon caused by the traditional thick-angle blade slicing. The cardboard is not corrugated, burr-free, neatly edged, smooth and non-squeezing, and has good straightness, which improves the overall quality and appearance of the cardboard.
2.Slitting part: adopt thin tungsten steel alloy blade, sharp and long work-life of over 3 million meters, slice more tidy, non-pressing and non-burr.
3.Scoring part:adopt 5 points scoring,scoring distance in-phase adjust, blazonry and easy bend the carton sheet.
4.Grinding part:adopt automatic and manual pneumatic grinding to keep the cutting edge sharp, it can grind the blade when working,improve work efficiency.
