Applications
Our hot stamping foil paper machine is a piece of post press equipment primarily used in the package printing industry. The machine has the advantages of compact structure, excellent manufacturing pressure resistance, high precision, convenient use, safe and reliable operation. It is mainly used for hot stamping and press-cutting of various materials such as wine labels, samples, cartons and other packaging and decoration printing products, including various paper cardboard plastic and leather.
It consists of a motor base, a press frame, an electromagnetic clutch transmission mechanism, and electrical control. The motor is located on the right side of the back of the machine. It is driven by a V-belt and the flywheel is dragged. An electromagnetic clutch couples the flywheel to the drive shaft. The operation or braking of the drive shaft is controlled by the action of the electromagnetic clutch to pull and disengage. After the drive shaft is running, it is decelerated by the reduction gear shifting system, so that the crank wheels at both ends of the main shaft rotate at a low speed, so that the pulling rod drives the pressure swing frame to perform a reciprocating rocking motion, and completely indents the tangential work task.
