How to control the technology of Folder Gluer Machine

We suggest that we can control it from the following aspects:
1. Take different measures for different processes, such as the coated product industry, which can ensure the penetration of adhesive by using the coated adhesive, grinding the adhesive joint or molding the point line at the adhesive joint, so as to improve the paste box fastness.
2. Control the drying time of the adhesive. There is no such problem for fast drying adhesive. For slow drying adhesive, sufficient drying time shall be reserved after inspection and packing, and certain pressure shall be given in the box.
3. The pressure of paste box shall be adjusted according to the thickness of the paper. It is required that after passing through the belt area of paste box, no obvious indentation shall be formed on the surface of the paper box or the dark reinforcement of the paper box shall be pressed to death, or the situation that the dark reinforcement will pop off immediately once the RMB is off the pressure shall not occur.
4. Control the coating amount of the adhesive. The thickness of the coating is usually 0.3mm, which can meet the requirements after the belt is extruded and spread.
