Configuration function of Glueless Film Lamination Machine

Laminating machines can be divided into two types: instant coating laminating machines and pre-coating laminating machines. It is a special equipment for paper, board, and laminating film. It is pressed together by a rubber roller and a heating roller to form a paper-plastic product.

2. Powder removing device: The dust of the paper is sucked away by the fan through the pat brush and the brush roller on the conveyor belt, and then it is crushed by the electric heating roller to remove the dust on the straight surface.
3. Automatic paper feeding machine: Under the precise design of the paper feeding head, thick and thin paper can be smoothly and quickly delivered without interruption. During operation, the head can be automatically adjusted to the corresponding position of the paper stack. And equipped with non-stop paper feeding device.
4. Automatic slitting device for laminating machine: The slitting length will be set automatically according to the paper, fast and no noise. Rewinding of paper with poor quality and hardness will save manpower and resources.
